Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects using structured project management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with Agile product and project management tools.
• Experience supporting large enterprise technology transformations.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs or curriculum.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors.
• Airline industry experience and product management exposure (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with IT leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with product teams and leadership to plan and deliver application documentation and onboarding support.
• Develop and execute knowledge-sharing and training plans, including curriculum, schedules, materials, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate the collection of documentation and onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders by managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and aligning teams to transformation goals.
• Apply change management practices to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Maintain effective communication channels to enable continuous feedback.
• Partner with finance teams to track, manage, and report on project budgets and spend.
• Use data and metrics to establish baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize delivery.
• Practice Agile delivery, continuously evaluating progress to focus on high-value initiatives.
• Support enterprise-wide Agile and DevOps transformation efforts as needed.
