Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security to lead global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and US vendor management. Reporting to the CTO, you will design and operate a secure, scalable environment supporting cross-border growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Software Development, QA, and AI teams to align infrastructure and security with modern delivery practices and regulatory requirements, including CCPA and SOC 2 readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (master's preferred).
10+ years IT or cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
Bilingual English and Chinese.
Hands-on expertise in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure (cloud, network, enterprise systems).
Experience establishing IT governance and security frameworks.
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Software Development, and QA.

Responsibilities

Lead global IT infrastructure & operations across cloud, network, and enterprise systems.
Oversee cybersecurity policies, controls, and risk management implementations.
Manage US vendor services, contracts, SLAs, and renewals.
Drive IT governance, change management, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with CTO's teams to align security with development needs.
Develop team capabilities and mentor IT service personnel.
