Job summary

Analogic is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead global security operations across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and data environments. You will partner with IT, Compliance, and Engineering to strengthen the enterprise security posture and support government-contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 6+ years in cybersecurity with infrastructure/operations focus and 2+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with MDR/EDR, IAM/PAM, web and email security, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud.
• Establish security KPIs/KRIs and oversee toolsets with vendors.
• Implement controls to support NIST 800-171/CUI audits.
• Provide security oversight for network, cloud, and data environments.
• Lead 24/7 monitoring, incident response, tabletop exercises, and audits.
• Mentor analysts and translate priorities into executive updates.
