Job summary

Astreya seeks an IT Logistics Operations Manager to build and oversee global IT logistics operations for a leading technology client, spanning NORAM, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will own end-to-end logistics, IT asset operations, and a global vending program, with a hands-on leadership approach to ensure consistent SLAs across regions.

This role drives process improvements, partners with regional teams, and reports on SLA/KPIs.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in IT logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or IT asset operations, including at least 3 years managing teams.
Experience managing multi-site or multi-region operations.
Strong working knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, international shipping, carriers, and customs processes.
Hands-on experience with ITAM or inventory systems and asset lifecycle management.
Track record of delivering against SLAs/KPIs in a managed services or client-facing environment.
Strong data and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, demand and variance analysis).
Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation management.

Responsibilities

Oversee global logistics operations across regions: NORAM, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
Own vending machine and smart locker programs end to end: catalog, stock planning, replenishment forecasting.
Manage IT asset movements and inventory records, cycle counts, and disposition.
Plan and execute new-site launches, office moves, and hardware rollouts.
Lead regional leads and logistics technicians, with SLA/KPI reporting and root-cause analyses.
