Job summary

VSE Aviation Inc is seeking a Technical Support Integration Specialist to lead end-user computing initiatives for acquired sites. You will manage device provisioning, imaging, and validation, ensuring every new employee is ready with access on day one.

The role requires heavy travel (80%), on-site deployment, and hands-on training during go-live and hyper care. A strong customer focus and calm under pressure are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of relevant/technical work experience, including at least 2 years supporting IT integration, migration, or large-scale deployment projects.
• Willingness to be on-call and work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• On-site and remote engagement; heavy travel required to acquisition locations, approximately 80%.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-user computing workstream for acquisitions from planning through completion.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and imaging for end-user devices.
• Set up devices with Intune/Endpoint Manager and verify policy compliance.
• Conduct on-site installations and wire management at acquisition sites.
• Provide on-site training and real-time hands-on support during go-live and hyper care periods.
• Verify access and permissions for users across VSE applications and resources.
• Document issues and escalate blockers to integration leadership.
