Plugged.hr is seeking an Internal Digital Desk Consultant to support internal staff with technical issues via phone, email, chat or self-service. You will troubleshoot Windows, Virtual Desktop, peripheral tech and other IT areas, building knowledge across the landscape while delivering efficient, friendly service.

This role offers multinational collaboration, ongoing development programs, and opportunities to use German and English daily.

Qualifications

• Business oriented university studies or previous customer contact work experience.
• No previous work experience but a strong affinity with computers and Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for internal customers via phone, email, chat, or Self Service requests.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques, knowledge sources, and questions; deliver efficient resolutions and improve processes for daily work.
