Job summary

KOUD is seeking an IT Project and Delivery Manager to lead business-facing and technology initiatives in a global environment. This generalist role may combine Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Scrum Master responsibilities, with fluent English and ability to lead complex discussions across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business administration, project management, or related field.
• Experience as IT Project/Delivery/Program Manager or Scrum Master.
• Experience delivering business-facing technical projects in international enterprise environments.
• Expertise across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project planning, financial and resource management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with global, multicultural, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-facing and technology projects from initiation through delivery, transition, and closure.
• Define and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, infrastructure, security, quality assurance, operations, and external partners.
• Maintain delivery momentum, drive actions to completion, and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, financial impacts, and required actions to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies when applicable (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Sponsors, and Technical Leads to structure delivery into phases, releases, epics and tasks.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource hours, fixed bid costs, accruals, and variances within Microsoft Project Server.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and cross-team dependencies.
• Escalate blockers, resource constraints, and critical decisions proactively.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, allocation, and transition activities.
• Coordinate production release and change process within ServiceNow; ensure testing, approvals, documentation, handovers.
• Lead complex business and technical discussions with global stakeholders.
• Prepare updates for project teams, senior management, and steering committees; promote collaboration and accountability.
