Job summary

We are seeking an independent Delivery Manager who can lead distributed technical teams, balance planned development work with ongoing operational support, and actively drive topics forward.

You will plan quarterly, run sprint planning, own JIRA governance, and coordinate incident management across studios in multiple time zones.

Fluent English is essential; experience with SCRUM, DevOps, and monitoring tools like Datadog, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub is required.

Qualifications

• Delivery Manager/Agile Lead with infrastructure/DevOps experience.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub; strong incident handling.
• Experience collaborating with international distributed teams across time zones.
• Fluent English and a proactive, agenda-setting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Execution: quarterly planning, sprint planning, timelines, stakeholder comms.
• Ownership in JIRA: ensure initiatives, epics, and tasks are tracked and maintained.
• Operations & Incident Management: handle requests, coordinate actions, postmortems follow-up.
• Reporting & Syncs: lead SOS meetings and report milestones; drive topics forward.
