Job summary

OmniSolve is seeking a diverse IT agile project manager to lead a team for a civilian government client. You will oversee deployments of complex IT projects, solving problems with high impact and collaboration across disciplines.

The role requires hands‑on IT experience, strong understanding of agile principles, and governance of security and data integration. Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated cross‑functional project management experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
• Understanding of data integration and APIs/ETLs/web services.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of IT projects from conception through requirements, pricing, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from scope and planning to vendor management, budget estimation, and security compliance.
• Lead initiatives/projects using Agile methodologies in a DevOps framework.
• End‑to‑end SDLC knowledge including initiating, planning, requirements gathering, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and multiple business stakeholders; anticipate issues and mitigate risks.
• Track outcomes to resolve dependencies and critical path deliverables.
• Present Quarterly Program Management Reviews to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and security/data integration practices.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggle priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
