Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and asset management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes accountability, data quality, and continual improvement aligned with ITIL practices.
• Manages enterprise asset visibility and supports incident, change, and service request workflows.
