Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance in global enterprise.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; other ITIL certs preferred.
• Experience administering Ivanti Neurons and asset management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability.
• Provides guidance to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Ensures visibility of IT assets across the enterprise, incl. audits.
• Supports incident, change, and service workflows with Ivanti.
