Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Management leader to drive enterprise asset governance across global IT and business teams. You will ensure visibility into assets, support audits, and enable service workflows using Ivanti Neurons.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in asset management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance, with ITIL Foundation certification and strong communication skills. Hybrid work options are available, with a strong focus on data quality and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Practice Manager or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice, enabling informed decision-making, lifecycle optimization, and cost control.
• Strengthens audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
• Supports Ryan’s global growth by delivering scalable, standardized asset processes across regions.
