Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead enterprise asset management and ensure visibility across the organization. You will drive data quality, lifecycle governance, and cost control in a global IT environment.

The role requires IT Asset Management experience with Ivanti Neurons/ITIL processes, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across regions. Hybrid work options and day-one benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• ITIL practices knowledge with emphasis on IT Asset Management and Configuration Management.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
