Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish and govern enterprise IT Asset Management across its global footprint. You will manage hardware and software assets, partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security to reduce risk and improve data quality.

The role requires 4–6 years in IT Asset Management, solid ITIL knowledge, and certification. It offers hybrid work, day-one benefits, and opportunities for growth within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• I ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Practitioner or other advanced certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice with audit readiness and CMDB integrity.
