Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the IT Asset Management team, shaping governance across global IT and business units. You will establish standards, enable regional support, and drive continual improvements aligned with ITIL.

You will ensure enterprise-wide visibility of assets, act as escalation point for asset-related issues, and partner with stakeholders to support incident, change, and service workflows using Ivanti tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice, enabling lifecycle optimization and cost control.
• Strengthens audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
