Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Management leader to guide the function across global IT and business teams. You will drive governance, data quality, and cost control while aligning with ITIL practices and enterprise asset strategies.

You will partner with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service workflows in Ivanti, delivering visibility and audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive IT Asset Management experience in a global enterprise environment.
• IITIL Foundation certification required; Practice Manager or other ITIL certs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ivanti Neurons and enterprise asset management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes accountability, data quality, and continual improvement aligned with ITIL practices.
