Birdeye Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead our IT infrastructure, applications, and global support teams.

The role focuses on automation, AI-enabled operations, and a self-healing IT ecosystem to boost security, reliability, and performance across locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong IT leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing IT services, cloud, networks, and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• Proven work experience leading IT infrastructure in a fast paced, globally located organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals and foster collaboration.
• Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, applications, security, and support services.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement IT strategies.
• Define and implement IT policies, processes, and standards.
• Plan and execute IT projects within budget and on time.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across IT processes.
