Birdeye is hiring an AI/ML Technical Recruiter to help build the talent behind our next-generation AI-native products. You will partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and leadership to identify, engage, and close engineers, researchers, and leaders who design AI products, models, and intelligent systems.

You will own the full lifecycle, map talent, and create compelling engagement strategies that communicate Birdeye’s vision and the impact of AI-driven customer experience across multi-location brands.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including substantial AI/ML talent experience.
• Experience recruiting at an AI-native company or AI-native SaaS business.
• Proven track record of hiring specialized AI/ML engineers, researchers, and leaders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML leadership to develop hiring strategies for AI talent across ML, generative AI, LLMs, and related areas.
• Own full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close.
• Build pipelines by engaging research communities, technical networks, and emerging talent pools.
• Advise managers on talent availability, role definitions, and market benchmarks.
• Close highly competitive searches through effective engagement and offers.
