Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to join the Tech COE, focused on ISV partners. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to help partner solutions on AWS, architect, build, and optimize outcomes with co-engineering and enablement.

You will drive technical engagement, deliver design wins, develop reference architectures, and collaborate with AWS field teams to accelerate cloud adoption and go-to-market success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience designing or building cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned ISV partners, conducting architectural reviews, POCs, and Well-Architected assessments.
• Design, build, and validate scalable cloud-native partner solutions through co-engineering that drive strategic design wins.
• Develop reference architectures and best-practice documentation for partner solutions.
• Enable partner teams through workshops, immersion days, and hands-on training; support readiness for ISV Accelerate, Competency programs, and Marketplace.
• Collaborate with AWS field teams to drive partner-led customer engagements and pipeline growth.
