Job summary

Joveo Middleware Test Company seeks a Global Invoice Operations Manager to lead invoicing strategy, improve billing processes, and manage billing operations across multiple regions and business units. You will drive invoice accuracy, strengthen controls, and support global finance operations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Tax, and IT to resolve billing issues, mentor teams, and deliver dashboards and KPIs that measure performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in billing, invoicing, AR, or order-to-cash
• Experience with cross-functional teams and global operations
• Strong knowledge of controls and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end invoicing operations across regions and business units
• Develop and improve billing processes, policies, controls, and metrics
• Monitor invoice accuracy, timeliness, and quality; identify improvements
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Tax, and IT
• Lead invoice quality reviews, reporting and root cause analysis
• Manage escalations on invoicing discrepancies and disputes
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
• Support compliance, internal controls, audits, and reporting
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure performance
• Lead and mentor billing teams and influence stakeholders globally
