Job summary

ClearPoint Search Group, LLC is seeking a Global Invoicing Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end invoicing process. You will lead global initiatives, partner with regional finance leaders and the Director of Financial Services, and drive standardization and automation across regions and entities.

The role emphasizes process improvement, strong controls, and operational excellence, with 10–20% travel and hybrid/remote flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in billing, invoicing, AR, or shared services.
• Experience with multi-entity/global invoicing.
• ERP/billing systems experience; SAP/S4 HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end invoicing across regions, entities, and revenue streams.
• Partner with regional Finance leadership and Director of Financial Services.
• Assess processes to standardize, simplify, and automate.
• Develop controls, policies, and governance models where missing.
• Track KPIs on invoice accuracy, timeliness, cycle time, backlog, disputes.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for invoicing issues.
• Strengthen global invoicing controls and support audits (SOX).
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Ops, Tax, IT, Revenue, AR, and Customer Care.
