JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Executive Director, Human Resources Advisor to shape the people agenda for Global Investment Banking. You will partner across HR and the business to drive talent, performance, compensation, and engagement using data and AI-enabled insights.

You will work in a global, matrixed environment, advising senior leaders, leading talent planning, and delivering scalable HR solutions to support growth and change in North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR advisory experience in a large-scale, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives (MD-level) to deliver talent outcomes.
• Expertise in workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change execution.
• Strong analytical capability with data-to-insights experience and AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent judgment and stakeholder management in sensitive matters.
• Leadership experience including coaching and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day talent priorities including strategic hiring plans and succession planning.
• Lead performance management, banker scorecards, evaluations, and compensation differentiation.
• Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture and embed firm values.
• Partner with senior GIB leaders to define talent and headcount strategy.
• Advise leaders on organizational design and change management.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders and strengthen leadership decisions with data/AI insights.
• Synthesize workforce analytics into executive narratives to influence decisions.
• Manage sensitive people matters in partnership with Employee Relations and HR Legal.
• Lead workforce planning and scenario analysis with F&B to translate strategy into headcount.
• Support junior talent development and wellness to sustain the talent pipeline.
• Drive HR transformation with digital, AI-enabled products and self-service.
