Job summary

Base is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to lead hourly warehouse, receiving, and lineside delivery teams. You will drive KPIs, manage material flow from receiving through shipping, and ensure high inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain operations, 1+ year of supervising hourly teams, strong ERP/WMS experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in warehouse, materials, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
1+ year experience leading hourly teams in an operational environment.
Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and production support.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts; able to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights with or without accommodation.
Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts as required.

Responsibilities

Lead hourly workforce with coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Oversee receiving, storage, kitting, line-side delivery, and shipping operations.
Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Identify process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
Track KPIs and report on inventory, delivery, productivity, and safety.
