Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a global communications leader to manage hotel, owner and internal communications for the Global Commercial & Marketing and Product & Technology functions.

You will develop strategies, coordinate with stakeholders, counsel on channels, and ensure messaging is cohesive across regions, while hands-on writing, design and end-to-end program management drive adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies and programs to disseminate information and raise awareness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messages for internal, hotels, and owners.
• Provide counsel on best practices, channels and execution of communications.
• Oversee content development and end-to-end management of communications plans.
• Review major communications before distribution to program owners and employees.
• Develop bulletins, news stories, and plans to drive engagement among employees, hotels, and owners.
• Ensure tone and style consistency with management and organizational standards.
• Write, design, and develop communications materials and supporting assets.
