Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks a Manager, International Communications to partner with our international business and shape how we engage teams, including franchisees, while elevating the company’s reputation externally across global markets.

You will lead cross-functional, global communications across markets, manage media relations, and advise the International Leadership Team on messaging, crises, and opportunities. This onsite role emphasizes strategic execution at the Atlanta Global Support Center.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, or integrated communications.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market organizations strongly preferred.
• Background in restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchising, or consumer brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute international communications strategy across global markets and stakeholders.
• Lead proactive storytelling and earned media efforts to showcase international growth and market expansion.
• Develop external communications including press releases, Q&A, talking points, and spokesperson briefs.
• Advise International Leadership Team on media engagements and reputational considerations.
• Lead communications planning for milestones and global initiatives across markets and regions.
• Partner with regional leaders, franchisees, and agencies to drive consistent, locally relevant communications.
• Support issues management and crisis communications.
• Drive external visibility through earned media and corporate channels.
