Job summary

Cvent seeks a dynamic Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement to lead our internal communication strategy and high-profile programs. You will foster engagement, strengthen culture, and drive business success as part of the People Team.

You will develop strategic plans, manage global communications, and partner with leaders to communicate key initiatives, acquisitions, and events, ensuring brand consistency and impact across all offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Communications or related fields, with emphasis on employee experience and internal communications.
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills with ability to craft narratives and engaging visuals for employees.
• Proven experience in developing internal communication strategies and programs; global team leadership.
• Change management experience guiding high-priority initiatives and ensuring effective communication during transitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans for HR stakeholders and leaders across global offices.
• Enhance employee engagement, including remote and regional teams, with timely feedback and trends.
• Improve transparency by sharing survey insights and supporting new communication strategies across the organization.
• Manage employee recognition programs and celebrate project wins.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to align internal and external activities.
