Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to drive clear, consistent messaging across global offices, reporting to the SVP of HR. You will develop and manage communication strategies, content, and channels, collaborate with HR and leaders, draft executive communications, and strengthen employee engagement and culture.

A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of internal communications experience, preferably within HR/ corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing intranets, newsletters, announcements, and town halls.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Influencing skills with or without formal authority.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in fast-paced, creative or consumer-facing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MGA’s internal communications strategy with HR leadership.
• Ensure internal messaging supports culture initiatives and organizational updates.
• Manage creation and distribution of announcements, newsletters, talking points, FAQs, and leadership messages.
• Advise HR leadership on communication strategies for change, policies, and confidential programs.
• Draft executive communications for senior leadership and town halls.
• Oversee intranet, digital screens, and other channels for timely content.
• Collaborate with HR on culture-building, onboarding communications, and events.
• Support cross-functional teams during major initiatives and product milestones.
• Ensure communications reflect MGA’s values and brand identity across offices.
• Measure effectiveness and optimize channels for impact.
