Elliptic seeks an Internal Communications Lead to own end-to-end communications across 300 employees in 9 offices. You will craft CEO-aligned messages, manage Company Update editorial rhythms, and lead a cross-office champion network while coordinating with executive leadership.

In this fast-scaling tech environment, you will shape change communications, travel to US/APAC hubs, and leverage AI tools to move faster while ensuring accuracy and trust.

Qualifikationen

• Writing that stands out, including in a CEO's voice.
• Track record owning internal communications in a fast-scaling technology company, including an all-hands or company-wide forum end to end.
• Instinct for sequencing change and messaging impact across audiences.
• Global mindset with willingness to travel to US and APAC hubs.
• Fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow and knowing when not to trust them.

Aufgaben

• Own Company Update end to end: editorial planning, speaker prep, MC duties and follow-up.
• Build and run the communications calendar with leadership; lead launches and organizational change communications.
• Write for and with the CEO and leadership; brief managers with talking points before announcements land.
• Own internal channels from Slack to knowledge base and a new Weekly People Update and a culture champion network across offices.
