Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Communications Manager to join its Marketing and Communications team in the United States. The role focuses on internal communications, employee engagement, culture, and also supports external communications and thought leadership.

You will translate complex technical content into clear, engaging messages, manage the intranet, collaborate with leaders, and develop content across channels while driving brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in internal, corporate or marketing communications or related field.
• Excellent writing and editing with ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing internal communications channels, including intranet and employee communications.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Portfolio of internal and external communications demonstrating copywriting and storytelling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications initiatives that support culture and employee engagement.
• Manage and maintain the company intranet and publish timely employee content.
• Develop leadership messages and employee updates in collaboration with leaders.
• Identify stories highlighting employees, teams and milestones.
• Create and manage employee communications campaigns and related projects.
• Support engagement initiatives, town halls and events through messaging and materials.
• Translate technical information into clear, accessible communications.
• Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to improve communications.
• Create visuals using tools like Canva and explore AI-assisted content workflows.
