Responsibilities

• Support global campaigns and communications across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels to strengthen 3M's reputation.
• Develop and execute content and thought leadership strategies for cross-functional teams.
• Lead story mining by identifying timely, compelling ideas aligned with company priorities.
• Build relationships with media contacts and conduct outreach on enterprise news and activations.
• Produce owned content (press releases, messaging docs, News Center stories) to advance priorities.
• Publish content to 3M-owned channels and paid platforms; manage CMS workflows.
