3M is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights and Analytics to drive enterprise-wide analytics capabilities. You will lead global intelligence initiatives, translate insights into strategic recommendations, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape data-driven plans across brands and regions.

You will guide resource allocation, oversee MMM and marketing effectiveness, and implement scalable analytics processes while managing external data partners, all from a Maplewood, MN base with on-site work

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• Ten (10) years of experience in consumer insights, market research, marketing analytics, or related disciplines.
• Eight (8) years of experience with syndicated data sources, consumer research, market measurement, or advanced analytics solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global consumer, market, and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify growth opportunities, trends, risks and shifts across categories, brands and regions.
• Translate insights into enterprise-level recommendations that influence brand strategy, pricing, marketing priorities and plans.
• Influence across functions by partnering with senior leaders to shape data-driven strategies and communicate insights with clarity.
• Oversee marketing and brand measurement capabilities, including MMM, marketing effectiveness and ROI measurement, plus KPI tracking and performance analytics.
