Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Global Specialist for its Multinational Client Management practice. You will advise on global risk strategy, structure international programs, and coordinate complex placements for Corporate clients.

You will work in a hybrid environment with a focus on high-impact, data-driven client service and international collaboration. The role emphasizes continuous learning, AI-enabled processes, and adherence to regulatory nuances.

Qualifications

• Active broker’s license preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; international business or finance preferred.
• Insurance industry experience: 2-5 years preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of Excel.
• Proficiency in foreign language(s), a plus.
• Demonstrated communication, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Active insurance license required (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and client outcomes.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of clients’ business, priorities, risk strategies, and management needs.
• Advise on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory nuances.
• Package and present client risk exposures to insurers for optimal coverage.
• Design & negotiate non-US Casualty program placements and related services.
• Manage high-volume, detailed work including certificates and policies with accuracy.
• Maintain communication flow between network, State-side team, and the client.
• Oversee invoicing, documentation delivery, and payments to avoid policy cancellation.
• Pursue professional development and broaden insurance expertise.
