Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Global Specialist for its Multinational Client Management practice to advise on global risk strategy and coordinate cross-border programs. The role requires coordination across networks, strong data handling, and client-facing execution.

A broker’s license is preferred and 2–5 years in insurance is desirable. The position offers a hybrid work model with base salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year and eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Broker’s license preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; international business or finance preferred
• Insurance industry experience: 2-5 years preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of Excel
• Proficiency in foreign language(s), a plus
• Qualified candidates will be those who demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, time management and prioritization, strong attention to detail, customer service capabilities and commitment to personal growth
• Active insurance license required (or ability to obtain and maintain)
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled and digital tools to improve productivity, workflow efficiency, knowledge sharing, and client outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business, priorities, and risk management needs.
• Advise on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory considerations.
• Package and present client risk exposures to insurer community for best coverage.
• Design & negotiate non-US casualty program placements.
• Handle large volumes of detailed work, certificates and policies accurately.
• Build knowledge of international marketplace and client exposures.
• Communicate with international network on service of global programs.
• Review binding docs and assist in quotes, oversee invoicing and payments.
