Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Global Specialist for the Multinational Client Management practice to support advisory, development, implementation, and coordination of complex international programs.

The role involves understanding client businesses, advising on global risk strategies, and coordinating with international networks to deliver optimal coverage. A broker’s license and Excel proficiency are preferred, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Active Broker’s license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; international business or finance preferred.
• Insurance industry experience: 2-5 years preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of Excel.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Active insurance license required (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and responsible AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ business, risk priorities, and management needs.
• Advise on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory nuances.
• Package client risk exposures to insurer community to obtain best coverage.
• Design & negotiate non-US Casualty program placements.
• Handle large data, certificates, and policies accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate communications between international network and the Stateside team.
• Review binding documents and assist quote comparisons; monitor payments.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and knowledge of AI tools.
• Keep team updated on market developments affecting coverages.
• Manage multinational book of business; serve as primary/secondary contact for clients.
