Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Global Specialist for its Multinational Client Management team in a hybrid role, focusing on advisory, development, implementation, and coordination of complex international programs. Qualifications

• Active Broker’s license preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in international business or finance.
• Insurance industry experience: 2-5 years preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of Excel.
• Proficiency in foreign language(s), a plus.
• Active insurance license required (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Proficiency in AI-enabled tools and responsible AI principles are valued.
• Commitment to continuous learning and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business, priorities, risk strategies, and needs.
• Advise clients on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory nuances.
• Present client risk exposures to insurer community for optimal coverage.
• Design & negotiate non-US Casualty program placements.
• Handle large volumes of detailed work including certificates and policies accurately.
