AWISCO is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our remote sales team from West Orange, NJ. You will serve as the primary contact for customers and support the Outside Sales team with quotes, orders, and follow-ups.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer relationships, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with operations and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or sales support roles within industrial distribution or manufacturing is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional customer relationships.
• Proven ability to balance customer service with proactive sales outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and customer service needs for customer accounts.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emails regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, and quotes.
• Handle inbound inquiries and identify opportunities to recommend products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on quotes and opportunities to drive sales.
• Prepare accurate customer quotes and process orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
