Job summary

Ocenco Incorporated, based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to respond to RFQs/RFPs, input orders, and manage contracts from inquiry to delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, purchasing and production to ensure accurate proposals and timely fulfillment.

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software will thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Request quotations from shipping and freight forwarding companies and support quotes/fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers to understand product configuration requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing and production to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Assist in contract generation and management per company policies.
• Follow up with customers on order status from production to delivery and handle issues.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate billing and timely collection.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM/ERP.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Ocenco's product offerings.
• Create sales orders through the ERP system.
