Job summary

Central Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to own the front end of the business, from RFQ through purchase order, for customers across distribution, contract manufacturers, and direct end users. This is a phone-forward sales role, not inbound support, demanding data-driven engagement.

You will analyze demand, engage customers daily by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and keep Salesforce up to date.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
5+ years in inside sales, business development, or similar roles handling high-volume accounts and quotes.
Strong ability to turn data into actionable business insight.
Excellent cross-functional communication to influence stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with RFQ, quoting workflows, pipeline management, and CRM forecasting.

Responsibilities

Grow revenue by expanding current product volumes and winning new programs.
Manage RFQ through PO: qualify requirements, timelines, stakeholders, pricing, and blockers; deliver accurate quotes quickly.
Engage customers daily by phone, email, and LinkedIn; build relationships across purchasing, engineering, program management, and supply chain.
Maintain Salesforce accuracy and provide monthly forecast of expected business, risks, and actions.
