Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive reliability improvements for a global fleet of devices. You will own complex cross-functional projects, apply Six Sigma/Lean methods, and scale proven fixes across 1,000+ sites.

The role requires travel up to 33% and close collaboration with hardware vendors and internal teams. You will scope programs, create plans, monitor progress, and report status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Data & AI related technologies such as AI/ML, Analytics, Databases, Storage.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end with risk mitigation and on-time delivery.
• Define current and desired future states, roadmaps and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders and vendors to secure resources and drive delivery.
