Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive reliability improvements for a global fleet of devices, including printers and peripherals. You will lead cross-functional projects, apply data-driven root-cause analysis, and scale fixes across 1,000+ sites worldwide.

The role emphasizes partnering with stakeholders, managing schedules, and communicating status to senior leadership while reducing tickets and maintenance burdens.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen.
• Experience applying KPIs to analyses or improving tools/processes.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS), SQL/NoSQL and/or version control.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end, identify risks, clear blockers, and ensure delivery.
• Document current-state processes and outline roadmaps to the future state.
• Balance business and technical requirements in solution delivery.
• Collaborate with managers to secure resources and set milestones.
• Apply Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, or Kaizen to drive improvements.
• Oversee rollout, testing, staging, production deployment.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure quality and productivity.
• Produce program documentation including vision and plans.
• Coordinate with external providers, customers, and partner teams.
