Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Deployment, Global Energy, Sustainability, and Automation to lead infrastructure deployment across fulfillment and logistics networks. The role requires coordinating engineering, operations, and vendors, with up to 50% travel in North America.

The successful candidate will manage multiple programs end-to-end, translate technical requirements into field deployment plans, and drive scalable, repeatable deployment processes across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of Excel, VBA, pivot tables and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent deployment programs from planning through implementation, validation, and handoff.
• Develop deployment strategies, project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution mechanisms.
• Translate requirements into field deployment plans in partnership with engineering, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and compliance with technical requirements.
• Manage vendors and contractors, including performance, schedule adherence, and corrective actions.
• Analyze deployment data and KPIs to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop knowledge of technical systems and support root-cause analysis when deployment challenges arise.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, controls, networking, and building systems for integration.
