Job summary

Amazon in Nashville, TN invites a Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional projects that eliminate defects in end-user devices across a global fleet.

You will use data-driven methodologies, root-cause analysis, and pilots to scale fixes across more than a thousand sites worldwide. This is a hands-on, collaborative role partnering with process owners, hardware vendors, and internal teams to harden device configurations, reduce support tickets, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Experience applying KPIs to analyses or opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify tools and processes.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), AI tools for development productivity, contributing to open-source projects, and/or version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end: identify risks, clear blockers, ensure quality, and handle releases and post-launch monitoring.
• Document current-state processes and define a future roadmap with milestones.
• Maintain a view of business and technical requirements across solutions.
• Partner with managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities, and drive delivery.
• Apply Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, or Kaizen to improve processes.
• Oversee rollout, testing, and deployment through staging/production.
