Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager II in Nashville to lead end-to-end projects that improve device reliability across a global fleet. You will work with cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and drive implementation from planning through production, including pilots and scaling fixes across sites.

You will collaborate with hardware vendors, process owners, and leadership while applying Six Sigma, Agile, and Lean principles to reduce defects and operational burden.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end, identify risks, clear blockers, ensure quality and releases.
• Document current-state processes, define future state, outline roadmaps, close gaps.
• Maintain view of business goals and technical requirements of solutions.
• Secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set milestones, drive delivery.
• Apply Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Kaizen methodologies.
