Job summary

Amazon is seeking a skilled Program Manager within the Global Network Delivery team focused on fiber cable sourcing. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, and develop data-driven process improvements across AWS Infrastructure.

You will work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, monitor health metrics with dashboards, drive change management, manage risks, and keep the customer experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple project/programs.
• Define health metrics and develop data visualization reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and gather requirements with key customers.
• Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements and SOPs.
• Drive change management and keep customer experience at the forefront.
