Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Technical Program Manager II to help deliver the fiber network infrastructure that connects the world to AWS services. In this role, you’ll bridge technology and business by collecting requirements from internal customers and driving software projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers to collect, document, and translate requirements into technical specifications and drive development.
• Manage contractor teams in Salesforce environments, tracking milestones and vendor quality.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and operations to move projects from design to deployment.
• Manage schedules and priorities across initiatives, identify risks, remove blockers, and balance time, quality, and resources.
• Create documentation and communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
