Job summary

AWS is seeking a Fiber Delivery Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (FD-TIPM) to lead global fiber deployment programs across data centers. You will oversee design reviews, vendor relationships, and Kaizen-driven improvements, while educating stakeholders and partners.

This is a highly technical role with extensive travel and regional coordination. You will drive program schedules, develop performance dashboards, and manage budgets across multiple global regions, ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management
• 3+ years of experience with data center or telecommunications infrastructure
• Strong understanding of fiber optic infrastructure design and construction
• Vendor management and cross-functional coordination
• Experience with KPI development and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale fiber deployments globally
• Gather deployment requirements from stakeholder teams
• Maintain process documentation and KPIs
• Manage pre-terminated fiber workflow from intake to closeout
• Provide deployment support across regions
• Lead executive updates and cross-functional communications
