Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery tasks of multiple project/programs simultaneously.
Determine process health metrics and KPI dashboards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and gather user requirements with key customers.
Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements and automation.
Develop SOPs, change/communication plans, and status updates.
Drive adoption with internal customers through change management.
Anticipate issues/risks and escalate appropriately.
Maintain customer focus amid changing priorities.
