Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled TIPM to drive continuous improvement in fiber cable sourcing within AWS Infrastructure.

You will organize and manage complex programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop scalable, data-driven processes to improve supplier performance and on-time material availability. You will analyze trends, report project health, and lead stakeholder meetings to ensure execution success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with varying infrastructure builds.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Develop new concepts and operating models to deliver impactful changes in sourcing.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, engineering, and suppliers to drive supply profiles.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs.
• Provide program progress reporting regularly.
• End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
• Analyze business and technology trends to identify process improvements, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear document writing, agenda creation, note capture, and follow-up activity coordination.
