Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment of a hyper-scale cloud network.

You will drive the GCID-FD program, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of network infrastructure projects across North and South America. The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communications, and rigorous quality controls to improve processes and meet security standards while supporting AWS global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
• +5 years experience Greenfield OSP Builds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the GCID-FD team driving overall Network Infrastructure strategy.
• Vendor management to deploy on time, measure progress, and rate through quality KPIs.
• Develop a focused quality management program that tracks defects, mitigates risks, and standardizes root cause analysis.
• Create and standardize reporting mechanisms for the GCID-FD group and provide regular progress updates on program deployment to management and stakeholders.
• Periodically report on the overall network development program status across the region.
