Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 3+ years of experience with data center or telecommunications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of large-scale fiber deployments on a global scale.
• Collaborate with Stakeholder teams to gather fiber deployment requirements.
• Develop and Maintain Process Documentation.
• Program Manage pre-terminated fiber cable process from Intake, Engineering, Business Development, Material Acquisition, Deployment and Closeout.
• Provide Deployment support for projects, augmenting the local region TIPM across the globe.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships, including developing vendor KPIs and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead regular executive updates and cross-functional team communications.
• Manage program budget and resource allocation across global regions.
